IN CONTRAST
“IN CONTRAST” is my individual thesis in the last semester of a four-year course for a bachelor’s degree in Fine and Applied Arts at Chulalongkorn University. In this photo series, I have made an effort to present my personal experience of being a twin from my viewpoints and from others. This is because these kinds of viewpoints are often misunderstood by those people who are not twins themselves. The photography represents the ideal of personalities not only the overall image, but also uses black and white to eliminate all the unnecessary misunderstanding. // There are 11 photoshoots of twins in my collection.

CENTRAL RETOLD
CENTRAL RETOLD harks back to the early days of Central in the 1950s, alongside the reimagining of Central: The Original Store at 1266 Charoen Krung, Bangkok’s very first “New Road”. This exhibition tells the stories of father-and-son founders Tiang and Samrit Chirathivat—their philosophies and business practices that gave meaning to Central as ‘the
heart of the community, enriching society and the economy’.
Starting from the imports of Western books and magazines, the company affirmed its roots as Bangkok’s window to the world, contributing to the changing urban culture and lifestyle. Capturing a variety of early anecdotes, from books and merchandise to buildings and milestones, CENTRAL RETOLD bridges the contemporary visitors with the lessons and experiences that made Central a global retail powerhouse it is today.
